Cancellation policy

We understand that travel plans can change. That’s why we aim to offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy:

✅ Free Cancellation

You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.

🔄 Late Cancellation

If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking price will be charged.

❌ No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation

If you do not arrive without prior notice or cancel on the day of check-in, the full booking price will be charged.

📅 Modifications

Changes to your booking (such as dates or number of guests) are possible up to 3 days before arrival, depending on availability.
